He doesn't use drain, urinary catheter or naso-gastric catheters that distrups the patients.

He doesn't use liver retractor. He performs surgeries without liver retractor to avoid the related severe pain on post-surgery process (Unlike him, most surgeons use it in their routine).

He always uses high quality disposable surgical materials and staplers.

He does leakage check routinely in every surgery.

He specifically uses tissue adhesive for every obesity patient's stomach cut line in order to avoid possible post-op complication risks.
